The key to creating a network is actually to connect with people! Now, we aren’t saying connect with everyone all at once. There is a strategy to this, or you will burn out pretty quickly. Take a look at your schedule. How many people can you talk to realistically in a day?

Classify them on your list according to what you think they will be the most interested in, but don’t exclude them from any category, because the key is to ask questions to find out what they might want. We will go over connection calls in a few days, but start with your Facebook list, your LinkedIn connections – anyone that you can think of that would fit – and then you have a list for getting started!
The Conscious Creator Mentoring Network Compensation Plan
Like most compensation plans, there are many different ways to be compensated with CCMN. We’ll start with the Residual Income that comes just as a Mentor or Business Builder.
The sign up cost is $499 (this is a one time fee) and the monthly payment is $99/month until you have 3 people under you paying $99/month. Then your access to the network is free.
As you can see, there are payouts 7 levels (and beyond) for when people sign up, AND a monthly residual. The payout doesn’t vary, because it isn’t based on volume. It’s a set payout each month.
Initiating the Conversation and Connection Calls
Remember your list? Pull it out! We are going to talk about how to start talking to people. Because when you are in the business of building a network, you DO have to talk to people.
You are not contacting people to sell to them. You are contacting them to connect and ask them great questions that will let you know if CCMN is something that would actually benefit them, their business, and their life.
Start with asking them what is going on in their life/business. Ask lots of questions! We will talk about a general sales script in a few days, but these are just connection calls, not sales calls. If you haven’t talked with them for a while, unless you feel 100% about it, don’t talk to them yet about the network.
If you are confident about talking with them about it, talk to someone in your upline about scheduling a 3 way call, or invite them to an event/conference call.
Multiple Ways to Introduce SMN
1. The first and easiest way to share Strongbrook Mentoring Network is to share your replicated site.
You know….this one: (ex: annwebb.strongbrook.com)
2. A better idea is to send them a text message that says either “Have you heard of the Conscious Creator Movement (or Strongbrook Mentoring Network)?” or “So what are you doing for personal development these days?”
Through a series of text messages get to the place where you can get on the phone to talk about it.
Here is an example of a conversation:
Once you’ve had the conversation immediately send them a follow up email that has 3 links:
1. Link to YOUR replicated site (ex: http://annwebb.strongbrook.com)
2. A link to more info about the comp plan (a video – coming soon)
3. A link to the vault so they can browse around (http://consciouscreatormentoring.com)
3. Another way to to send them this short 11 minutes audio by Kris Krohn that gets right to the point!
4. Bring them to a LIVE event (Kris Krohn’s home meetings, Manifest Now or a Symposium)
And finally – no matter what you decide to do – do it with PASSION!

- What is the program/course/mentoring that you are offering them? This is where you tell them about it and let them know why CCMN is the solution.

Become an Expert (and Mentor) – Creating Your Content
If you haven’t discovered it already, there are two courses in the network created by Heidi Totten – Become a Mentor and 8 Steps to Create Your Online Course. These are both very comprehensive trainings on the process to take your content and put it into a format for the network. We recommend these courses to get you started!
When you have created some of your content, upload it into our Facebook group for feedback. If you haven’t joined the group, yet, you can find it at Strongbrook Mentoring Network Rockstars on Facebook. That group is there for your support!
Finally, once you have your content ready here are the instructions for getting it into the vault:
Uploading Agreements & Content
Set up a folder in our shared Drop Box server for uploading your documents, images, video and audio content.
· Go to www.dropbox.com
· Log in as follows: User name:BecomeAMentor@strongbrook.com / Password: Mentoring
· Once you have logged in, click on “CCMN Content Folder”
· Click on the “new folder” Icon andname the folder with your name.
Click HEREto download the Copyright License Agreement, which gives CCMN permission to host your content and likewise gives you the freedom to remove it at will.
o Fill out the top portion of the agreement (Date, your name or the name of your company) and sign the last page.
o Write an “Exhibit A” that includes your name, the name of your course, and a synopsis of the course or daily inspirational videos
o Save the signed document electronically and upload into the Dropbox folder you have created (either drag and drop, or click the “Upload” icon and browse for the file)
Next, submit a Word Document into your Dropbox folder with initial promotional details including:
o Name of courses as you would like them listed in the Vault
o One-paragraph synopsis of the content in the course(s) to include what people learn, the value and benefit, etc. You may also include a promotional video letting them know what they will learn from the course.
File Submission Format Preferences:
Video = MP4 or MOV
Audio = MP3
Documents = Docx or PDF
Images = jpg or png
Provide us with the course content in the form of Video, Audio, or PDF files (people love audio). Please name each segment with the course name and track number (i.e. Business Basics-1, Business Basics-2, Business Basics-3, etc.). Upload them into your personal Dropbox folder.
