Day #15
Day #16
Strategy Session with your Downline
Once you enroll (or sign up) a new IBD into your business it’s critical that you meet with them within 48 hours. Statistics show that those that get started quickly in a new business – while their enthusiasm and excitement is high – will produce more results and stay involved and active. *And likewise the reverse is true. If you don’t engage with them and get them started on the right foot, there’s a higher chance that they will drop out.
So during the enrollment (or sign up) meeting, set a time within the next 1-2 days that you can meet over the phone to go over their goals and their commitment.
Don’t take too much of their time – (30 minutes will usually do it) but be thorough in creating a vision and action plan for their first 90 days.

Day #17
Team Training and Accountability Calls
Weekly Team Call
*This call is facilitated by the leaders on our team (rotating) and is a combination of training and Q&A. The call does not exceed 30 minutes and is on Tuesdays at 10:00 am. We highly encourage EVERYONE to attend this call! The call in number is the same each week. We will email you and post in the FB group if it changes.
Call in info:
Guest pin code: 435982#
Primary dial in number: (425) 440-5100
Secondary dial in number: (916) 228-6996
Weekly Accountability Call
Once a week, you will meet with your team for approximately 20-40 minutes for accountability. These calls consist of the team leader asking each person on the call 5 questions.
Report on what happened with your goals t last week.
Tell us 1 business goal you have for this week
Tell us 1 personal goal you have for this week
What did you watch or listen to from The CCMN vault this week (rating)
What support do you need
Each person will have up to 5 minutes and will be timed by the team leader (who will interrupt if the person goes over their time)
You will participate with your upline UNTIL you have 4-6 people on your team and then you will break away and start holding your own accountability calls with your downline following this same model. (You will need to get a free conference call line)
This is the BEST way to find out what’s going on with your team members and how you can best support them. Accountability calls in the beginning of the week will help you plan your week in terms of scheduling 3 way calls etc.
When people have to commit to goals and know that someone is going to follow up there is a higher chance the goals will be achieved. Also, there is power in DECLARING your goals, but there is also power in writing your goals, therefore ask your team members to also post in the facebook group what their commitment and goals are for the week.
Day #18
3 Way Calls with your Upline Leader
The most effective way to validate experiences with the mentoring network is to set up a 3 way call with someone who has more experience with you in the network. There are two reasons for this:
As you listen to the person describe the network, you learn more about it, learn what to say, and learn what questions people ask during the conversation.
It creates validity to talk with someone who has had positive experiences with mentors, as a mentor, and with the mentoring network leadership.
We highly recommend going through Todd Falcone’s courses in the mentoring network to learn how to prospect and find new people to connect with. He is a veteran of network marketing and a powerful mentor!
Day #19
Know your Numbers
How do you track your numbers? How many calls/contacts do you talk to before someone signs up?
Truly shocking sales statistics as it relates to your follow up process:
48% of sales people never follow up with a prospect
25% of sales people make a second contact and stop
12% of sales people make more than three contacts
2% of sales are made on the first contact
3% of sales are made on the second contact
5% of sales are made on the third contact
10% of sales are made on the fourth contact
80% of sales are made on the fifth to twelfth contact
Creating and using a follow up system is a guaranteed way to grow your business. In fact with less than 52% of all sales people following up with their prospects you will not only grow your business but you will stand out amongst your peers. And remember 80% of sales are made in the fifth to twelfth contact if you are in a market with heavy competition you literally eliminate your competitors by simply following up.
Day #20
Making Time for Your Business
One of the major reasons for failure in any business is that people are already busy and then they take on a new business and don’t let other things go (or schedule their time better)
CCMN IS a business and if treated like one will bring you the rewards of a business ($$$$$$$)
There is a time and season for everything. And you have determined that this is the time to build a residual income business.
What things may you need to let go of that consume a lot of time:
What things can you delegate to free up more time:
What hours of the day/week will you work each week:
How will you stay on track and consistent with building your business:
Write 1 sentence that is your WHY for building a Conscious Creator Mentoring Network business and write it on a 3 X 5 card and put it on your mirror or in your office where you’ll see it multiple times a day.
Get in the habit of setting a weekly intention as well as a daily intention for what you will do in building your business.
This is an AMAZING business – are you starting to feel how exciting this is???
We’re excited to have you!
Day #21

Principle 1: Start Up – Give Without Getting
Principle 2: Show Up – Be Seen & Engage
Principle 3: Follow Up – Reconnect Immediately (within 48 hours!)
